New Lenox Man Crushed To Death At Loading Dock
The fatality happened around 6 p.m. Tuesday.

BOLINGBROOK, IL - A 55-year-old man from New Lenox died Tuesday evening in Bolingbrook after authorities say he was caught between two trucks and one of the trucks began rolling. On Wednesday morning, the Bolingbrook Police Department announced that the victim was identified as Thomas Mulka, a resident of New Lenox. The incident happened in the 100 block of East Crossroads Parkway, which was the location of the Vistar business. The fatality involved a UPS truck photos from the scene show.
Police and rescue crews were called to the scene in Bolingbrook at 6:08 p.m. "The driver was pinned when an unoccupied truck starting rolling. The driver suffered critical injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Will County Coroner's Office," Bolingbrook Police said.
Bolingbrook Police say the death "appears accidental, but is currently under investigation."

This had marked the second straight day of an industrial fatality in Will County.
On Monday, a Shorewood man died at a Joliet company on Mills Road.
