Meet This Week's Adoptable Shelter Pets, Winter & Russel

WINTER (cat)
Winter is an adorable guy who is such a nice boy who is quiet and observant. Sadly, he was found living outdoors where he suffered severe frostbite on his ears, losing the tips of each. This sweet, little fellow needs someone who can be patient and understanding of his current situation to help bring him out of his shell so he can feel safe, learn to trust and show him how good life can be with the right best friend and guardian. Winter would love to find his forever home and lots of warmth and love.

RUSSEL (cat)
Russel is a very handsome tabby and an all-around great cat! This sweet boy is very friendly, affectionate, entertaining, curious, and quite gentle. He loves getting pets & soaking up his share of attention. He also likes to have fun and play; especially chasing laser toys. Russel must be in a home as an only pet. He does not do well with other animals. This good-natured guy would love to find his forever home and shower you with lots of love and happiness. He’d be a great companion and best friend for anyone!

Adoptions are held at the Bolingbrook PetSmart on Weber Road from 1-3 on Sundays and 5-7 on Wednesdays. If the cat you’re looking for isn’t there or those times don’t work for you, please call Humane Haven Animal Shelter (630-378-4208) for more information or an appointment.

All Humane Haven cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped, FeLV/FIV tested, and have their distemper and rabies shots.
