Meet This Week's Adoptable Shelter Pets, Lola & Ursula

URSULA (cat)
Ursula is quite a sweet kitty who is a bit shy at first, yet she’s quite talkative. Like many torties, she’s independent and can be a little bit unpredictable. She prefers human companionship over being around other cats. She really likes to be pet and get a lot of attention, but she can quickly decide that she’d like some “alone time.” Ursula really is a very nice girl who’d do best as an only cat with no small children in the home. This wonderful kitty would love to find her best friend and forever home.

LOLA (cat)
Lola is a very nice girl who is sweet and friendly. She was really well cared for and very loved by her previous owner who sadly became too ill to continue caring for her. Although Lola must be confused as to what happened, she has adjusted quickly to her new surroundings. She is affectionate, playful, quiet, gentle and very good-natured. She would likely do well with kids and other pets. This adorable, loving girl would love to find her way into a new best friend’s heart.

Adoptions are held at the Bolingbrook PetSmart on Weber Road from 1-3 on Sundays and 5-7 on Wednesdays. If the cat you're looking for isn't there or those times don't work for you, please call Humane Haven Animal Shelter (630-378-4208) for more information or an appointment.

All Humane Haven cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped, FeLV/FIV tested, and have their distemper and rabies shots.
