Mobile Secretary Of State Visiting Fountaindale Library

BOLINGBROOK, IL — State Rep. Dagmara Avelar will host a mobile DMV on Saturday at the Fountaindale Public Library, 300 Briarcliff Road. The event allows residents to access Secretary of State services, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday.

You must make an appointment to update, renew or make changes on your state ID, license or real ID, according to Avelar's office. You can also get license plate stickers, motor voter registration and organ donor registration.

Illinois State Treasurer Michael Frerichs' I-cash unclaimed property program will be at the event as well.

Seniors age 75 and up must visit an actual DMV to renew their license. Proper identification is also needed for all services, according to Avelar's office.
