New Bakery Applies For Building Permit In Bolingbrook

BOLINGBROOK, IL — A new bakery has applied for a building permit in Bolingbrook, Mayor Mary Alexander-Basta shared on her Facebook page.

Los Morales Bakery has applied for a permit at 528 E. Boughton Road, which is the former El Buen Sabor Bakery.

"While an opening date is not always clear at the beginning of the project, my goal is to be the first to let you know of the development that is happening," Alexander-Basta said.
