Chris retired in 2003 from Speedway in New Lenox after many years of faithful service as the station manager. She was a lifelong, loyal Chicago Cubs and Bears fan and she celebrated the 1985 Super Bowl win and the 2016 World Series championship with much joy.
Chris enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her family and they all knew how much she treasured each of them. She was the best Dog Mom to Peanut, Jordie, Bear and Bella. She and Jesse loved to dance and go to concerts; and she’d rarely turn down a nice, cold Old Style beer. Back in the day, Chris welcomed her three daughter’s girlfriends into their home and loved them and treated them as her own. She had the biggest heart and she will be greatly missed by all who love her.
