• Man Found Unresponsive, Bolingbrook Police Ask Residents To Check Cameras (patch.com) — Bolingbrook residents are being urged to review home security or doorbell camera footage after police found an injured, unresponsive man near Briarcliff Road on Wednesday night. Detectives are concentrating on the 100 block of North Schmidt Road and the 400–500 blocks of Briarcliff, and neighbors who saw anything or captured suspicious people or vehicles are asked to contact the non-emergency line.
   

• Chick-Fil-A Plans Approved In Bolingbrook (patch.com) — Bolingbrook's Village Board has approved plans for a new Chick-Fil-A on East Boughton Road, including a drive-thru and a separate three-tenant building. Village leaders say added landscaping, lighting changes, and an existing wetland buffer aim to reduce traffic and neighborhood impacts after nearby residents raised concerns.
