Roadwork Planned Friday Limits Access To Hidden Oaks Preserve

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Access to Hidden Oaks Preserve in Bolingbrook will be limited throughout the day on Friday, according to a news release from the Forest Preserve District of Will County. The Village of Bolingbrook is doing road improvement work on Trout Farm Road outside the preserve.

The paving project will also require the access to Hidden Lakes Trout Farm to be closed for the day, the preserve said. Hidden Oaks Nature Center will remain open to visitors.

The work is expected to be completed by the end of the day, according to the preserve.

Access to Hidden Lakes Trout Farm is still available from the DuPage River Trail via the Forest Preserve's Whalon Lake preserve.
