Rodriguez Charged With 4th DUI In Will County
Alcides Rodriguez's troubles began when he was turned away from work for showing up drunk, police said.

BOLINGBROOK, IL - A 52-year-old Bolingbrook man has remained in Will County lockup following his latest arrest on criminal charges of repeat drunken driving. Court records indicate that Aug. 13 traffic stop of Alcides Rodriguez marks his fourth drunken driving arrest here in Will County. He faces two charges at the Will County Courthouse of aggravated drunken driving and one charge of aggravated driving while license revoked.
A criminal complaint from the Bolingbrook Police Department indicates that Rodriguez was driving a Ford Focus under the influence of alcohol on Veterans Parkway.

As a result, his Aug. 13 arrest marks "the defendant's 4th violation," the complaint states.
According to Bolingbrook Police reports, officers were called to the 1100 block of Remington Boulevard shortly before 3 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 13 "for an employee, Alcides Rodriguez, who was intoxicated and turned away from work. Rodriguez left the parking lot driving east on Remington."

The officers spotted Rodriguez near the intersection of Remington and Veterans Parkway.
"Rodriguez failed to use his signal during lane changes and was swerving back and forth on the roadway," police reports show.
After being pulled over, "Rodriguez’ speech was slurred and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanated from his breath. Rodriguez failed field sobriety testing and was taken into custody," Bolingbrook Police reports show.
Jail logs show that Rodriguez resides in the apartments in the 300 block of Woodcreek Drive. His bail was set at $50,000, but he remains unable to post 10 percent.
