TEDx Bolingbrook Youth Will Return In June
The theme for the event in 2026 is "What if...?".
BOLINGBROOK, IL — TEDxBolingbrook Youth is returning for its second annual event on June 12, at the Bolingbrook Community Center, according to a news release from the nonprofit.
The nonprofit said the event is led by high school students with support from adult mentors, providing a platform for young people to present ideas they believe are worth spreading.
The 2025 inaugural event, themed “Unveil the Unseen,” included five students from Neuqua Valley High School and Bolingbrook High School, who delivered talks on topics ranging from redesigning mental health approaches to emergency preparedness. Collaborating with organizations like the National Weather Service and NAMI, students synthesized months of research to write and develop presentations. Live music, dance, and student artwork were also part of the program, according to the nonprofit.

“What stood out most was seeing community members leave empowered and inspired by the students' ideas,” lead organizer Arnav Godambe said in a release. “When the community invests in future leaders, ideas turn into action, and that action creates real change.”
The theme for the event in 2026 is "What if...?". The nonprofit said it will offer increased community involvement, enhanced audio and visual production, and an expanded speaker lineup.
