Valley View Honors Retiring Staff Members

Sixty-three Valley View School District 365U staff members with a combined total of more than 1,000 years of experience will be honored at the district’s annual Retirement Dinner May 15 at Bolingbrook Golf Club.

Those retiring after the current school year include:

Administration Center: Michele Bochnak (11 years), Patricia Grigas (15 years), Catherine Rigali (12 years), and Terry Stortz (16 years)

VVSD Facilities Department: Charles Braasch (32 years) and Walter Kennedy (36 years)

VVSD Print Shop: Penny Gray (33 years)

VVSD Transportation: Willie Davenport (8 years), Lupe Dickey (9 years), Rose Gerambia (8.5 years), Robert Gibson (10 years), Gloria Gonzalez (30 years), Stephen Pierce (9 years), Manuel Vigilia (15 years) and Lindsay Walker (9 years)

B.J. Ward Elementary School: Marilyn Williams-Webster (10 years)

Independence Elementary School: Dale Badowski (18 years), Cynthia Ann Crooks (22 years), and Sharon Kolarik (27 years)
