VVSD Free Summer Meals For Kids Program Begins June 2

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Valley View School District Nutrition Services is once again offering free summer meals for anyone under 18 years old throughout the Bolingbrook and Romeoville communities.

Meals will be served in the cafeterias at participating VVSD school sites starting June 2, and continuing Monday through Friday, until June 30.

Meals must be consumed on-site and will only be served to children ages 18 years old and younger, according to the District.

Locations include:

• Bolingbrook High School, 365 Raider Way. Breakfast from 9:15 to 9:45 a.m.
• Brooks Middle School, 350 Blair Lane. Breakfast from 8 to 8:15 a.m.; lunch from 11:15 to 11:30 a.m.
• Humphrey Middle School, 777 Falconridge Way. Breakfast from 8 to 8:15 a.m., lunch from 11:15 to 11:30 a.m.
• Independence Elementary, 230 Orchard Drive. Breakfast from 9 to 9:15 a.m., lunch from 10:30 to 10:45 a.m.
• Jane Addams Middle School, 905 Lily Cache Lane. Breakfast from 8 to 8:15 a.m., lunch from 11:20 to 11:45 a.m.
• McGee Elementary, 179 Commonwealth Drive. Breakfast from 9 to 9:15 a.m., lunch from 10:30 to 10:45 a.m.
• Oak View Elementary, 150 N. Schmidt Road. Breakfast from 9 to 9:15 a.m., lunch from 10:45 to 11 a.m.
• Tibbott Elementary, 520 Gary Drive. Breakfast from 9 to 9:15 a.m., lunch from 10:45 to 11 a.m.
• A. Vito Martinez Middle School, 590 Belmont Drive. Breakfast from 8 to 8:15 a.m., lunch from 11:20 to 11:35 a.m.
• Irene King Elementary, 301 Eaton Ave. Breakfast from 9 to 9:15 a.m., lunch from 10:45 to 11 a.m.
• Mitchem Early Childhood, 753 Dalhart Ave. Breakfast from 8:45 to 9:15 a.m.
• Skoff Elementary, 775 Normantown Road. Breakfast from 9 to 9:15 a.m., lunch from 10:45 to 11 a.m.
