Union members will vote on ratification soon, and striking staff are expected to return, restoring normal operations for Brookfield-area visitors and employees.

His grandfather once ran Frank Buresh Lobster House in Brookfield and inspired his community-minded approach, which he now hopes to continue by mentoring young bakers in new ways.
