Launch U’s college prep program was established to ensure
all motivated students could receive guidance and mentoring to achieve their
goals of higher education. Founded in 2007, Launch U‘s college prep program has
helped more than 300 Chicago high school students through the college
application and readiness process. We pair each high school student
with an accomplished young professional in our network who mentors and counsels
eager students throughout their senior year. Our extensive mentor network includes
hundreds of young professionals from more than 50 of the most prestigious and
successful firms in Chicago. Through this network, Launch U scholars
receive exposure to a variety of different career paths and the opportunity to
begin to build their own professional networks.
