@properties Welcomes Chicago Real Estate Broker Zachary Zisook

@properties, the largest independent real estate brokerage firm in Illinois, announced that Zachary Zisook, 35, has joined the firm’s Bucktown office as a senior broker with Sadoff Property Group.

Prior to joining @properties, Zisook worked as project manager and vice president at RBI Sandz Development Company, a prominent Chicago real estate development firm and construction management company. He is the fourth generation of a Chicago real estate family that includes his father, Richard Zisook, who has developed and built a number of high-profile properties including 530 N. Lake Shore Drive, 600 N. Lake Shore Drive and the new Webster Square mixed-used development in Lincoln Park.

Zisook began his real estate career at Sandz, and was involved in the design, development and construction management of several multi-unit projects. He also had a role in the interior design of many development projects, specializing in kitchen and bathroom design.

In addition to his real estate experience, Zisook also has a strong background in customer service and hospitality. He spent six years working for a major hotel and casino in Las Vegas, where he brought in high profile clientele and handled all aspects of VIP operations and customer service.

With his expertise in both real estate and hospitality, Zisook says becoming a residential broker with @properties was a natural progression.

Zisook primarily works with luxury homebuyers and sellers on Chicago’s North Side, focusing his business in the Gold Coast, Streeterville, River North and Bucktown.

Born in Chicago, Zisook was raised in Winnetka, Ill., where he attended New Trier High School. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Outside of real estate, Zisook enjoys traveling, exercising, golfing, skiing and spending time with friends and family. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation of Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
