The bar opens early on Saturday, March 15 (8 a.m.) and Monday, March 17 (11 a.m.) and offers $6 Harp and Guinness drafts and a special Irish-focused menu in lieu of the regular menu both days. The lineup lists bestsellers and off-the-menu specials such as Irish Lamb Stew, Corned Beef Spring Rolls, Corned Beef and Cabbage and Shepherd’s Pie. On March 15, the bar offers a $25 Kegs & Eggs brunch meal package from 9 a.m.-noon (choice of brunch entrée with six green beers, mimosas or bloody marys). Free Shannon Rovers Irish Pipe Band performance at 5 p.m. March 15.
