Author Eric Litwin visits Hawthorne

Students and staff from Hawthorne Early Childhood School sang and danced together Wednesday during author Eric Litwin’s visit to the school. Litwin, a former teacher and a New York Times Bestselling author, performed from his well-known Pete the Cat series of books, and also debuted new material for the students.

“Eric brings so much energy to the school and the students were thrilled to sing, dance, and learn along with him,” said Patty Puetz, principal of Hawthorne Early Childhood School.
