BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The following information comes from the Buffalo Grove Police Department (except when noted) and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced.

Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless found guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

  • Jose R. Arteaga-Urquizo, 22, of the 700 block of Harms Court, Wheeling, is accused of driving on a suspended license, and was arrested at 9:01 a.m. April 1, in the 3200 block of N. Arlington Heights Road. He was released after posting bond.
  • Alfredo Garcia, Jr., 22, of the 900 block of Mark Lane, Wheeling, is accused of driving on a suspended license, speeding (60 mph in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested at 4:46 p.m. April 4, in the 1000 block of Lake Cook Road. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond and was assigned a court date of May 13.
  • Jose M. Echevarria-Rodriguez, 20, of the 300 block of North Avenue, Aurora, is accused of driving on a suspended license, speeding (50 mph in a 35 mph zone), and was arrested at 5:53 p.m. April 5, at E. Half Day Road and Apple Hill Lane. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond and was assigned a court date of May 13.

A resident in the 1000 block of Mill Creek Drive reported at 7:27 a.m. March 31, their vehicle was entered the prior day during the evening hours, and several personal items were stolen.
