Catalytic Converter Stolen From Car Parked In Driveway: Buffalo Grove Police Blotter

BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The following information comes from the Buffalo Grove Police Department (except when noted) and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced.

ARRESTS

DRIVER NEVER ISSUED A LICENSE

Alexis Hernandez Antunez, 22, of the 900 block of Bonnie Brook Lane, Round Lake, is accused of never being issued a driver's license, disregarding a traffic control device, and was arrested at 11:01 a.m. Jan. 14, in the 900 block of Lucinda Drive. A court date of Feb. 20 was assigned.

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE

• Jonathan A. Pustilnik, 37, of the 2000 block of N. Honore Street, Chicago, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle when registration is suspended, not wearing a seatbelt, and was arrested at 11:54 a.m. Jan. 16, at Buffalo Grove and Church roads. A court date of Feb. 20 was assigned.
• Alyssa N. West, 32 of the 0-100 block of N. Dryden Place, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 6:56 p.m. Jan. 16, in the 10 block of N. Buffalo Grove Road. A court date of Feb. 20 was assigned.
• Carlos R. Coc Coranado, 22, of the 80 block of S. Crystal Street, Elgin, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 10:22 p.m. Jan. 19, at Buffalo Grove Road and St. Mary's Parkway. A court date of March 12 was assigned.

THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS

A resident in the 50 block of W. Dundee Road reported at 4:30 a.m. Jan. 16, a catalytic converter had been stolen from a 2017 Honda CRV.

A resident in the 2100 block of Berwyn reported two packages had been stolen off the front porch at 9:38 a.m. Jan. 19.
