CCSD21 schedules three strategic plan focus groups
CCSD21 is inviting parents, staff members, and District residents to attend one of three focus groups.
CCSD21 is inviting parents, staff members, and District residents to attend one of three focus groups to provide input to the CCSD21 Strategic Plan team.
Focus group participants will review data about School District 21 student achievement, climate, and facilities, technology, and operations. Then, participants will be asked to review the Strategic Plan team’s draft SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) Analysis and indicate which elements resonate strongly or if elements are missing from the Analysis.
Focus group feedback, as well as feedback collected through an online survey, will be reviewed by the Strategic Plan team. The team will refine the SWOT Analysis and, ultimately, draft the District’s Strategic Plan.

Focus group sessions will run from 6:30 - 8:30 PM on:
- Monday, October 14 at Cooper Middle School in Buffalo Grove
- Wednesday, October 23 at London Middle School in Wheeling
- Thursday, October 24 at Holmes Middle School in Wheeling
