This week's installment Chowdown Showdown is a mission to identify Buffalo Grove's best sandwich.

What goes into a great sandwich? Is it the bread? The meat? A special condiment? Nominate the restaurant that serves the best sandwich in BG by posting a comment in the box below.

The three most popular submissions received by 5 p.m. Tuesday will be posted as a poll Wednesday morning.
