Drunken Driver Found With Illegal Substance: Buffalo Grove PD Blotter
She is accused of possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of alcohol, and failure to reduce speed.

BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The following information comes from the Buffalo Grove Police Department (except when noted) and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced.
Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless found guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.

- Ozan Olcer, 28, of the 3300 block of S. Morgan Street, Chicago, is accused of driving with no license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and was arrested at 8:13 p.m. Oct. 23, at Weiland Road and Deerfield Parkway. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 15.
- Erika Ismenia Sarabia-Alizo, 43, of the 500 block of Shelly Court, Wheeling, is accused of operating a motor vehicle with no license, speeding 26-34 mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 1:02 p.m. Oct. 24, at Dundee Road and Cambridge Drive. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 15.
DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE
- Elisa M. Estrada, 34, of the 600 block of Summit Street, Elgin, is accused of driving on a suspended license, failure to display a registration plate, and was arrested at 8:56 a.m. Oct. 25, at Dundee and S. Buffalo Grove roads. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 20.
- Susanna Sehter, 56, of the 700 block of Alice Drive, Northbrook, is accused of driving on a suspended license, having an expired registration, and was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Oct. 25, at W. Lake Cook Road and Raupp Boulevard. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 15.
- Oleksandr Smoliak, 20, of the 700 block of Grove Drive, Buffalo Grove, is accused of driving on a suspended license, speeding 35+ mph over the speed limit (70 mph in a 35 mph zone), failure to display a registered plate, having an obstructed front windshield, illegally tinted windows, and was arrested 1:23 p.m. Oct. 27, in the 700 block of Grove Drive. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 15.

Kelly J. Meekma, 63, of the 10 block of E. Farmgate, Palatine, is accused of possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed, and was arrested at 6:26 p.m. Oct. 27, in the 1200 block of McHenry Road. Police had been released to the area for a car accident involving two cars. Police found a container with two small pink pills during the arrest of Meekma. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 15.

INCIDENTS
THEFT
Police responded to Prairie School, 1530 Brandywyn Lane, Buffalo Grove, at 12:15 p.m. Oct. 27, for a report of the theft of a bicycle. A mountain bicycle had been left near the playground two days prior and it was discovered on Oct. 27 with a rear wheel missing.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
Police responded to the 100 block of Fabish Drive at 12:29 a.m. Oct. 27, for a residential burglary report. Officers found the rear slider door unsecure and it was determined money had been stolen.
