BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The following information comes from the Buffalo Grove Police Department (except when noted) and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced.

Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless found guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.

Eduardo Magana Valencia, 20, of the 3300 block of Judy Lane, Park City, is accused of two counts of public indecency/lewd exposure, and was arrested at 12:58 p.m. Feb. 5, at Royal Touch Wash, 1701 Weiland Road. A complainant told police Valencia entered the car wash line in his car, with a ski mask on his face, and exposed himself to car wash employees. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 24.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

  • John L. Guy, 42, of the 600 block of W. Lakeside Drive, Palatine, is accused of driving on a suspended license, not wearing a seat belt, and was arrested at 4:16 p.m. Feb. 5, at Dundee and S. Buffalo Grove roads. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 19.
  • Daniel E. Hogan, 64, of the 2000 block of Swift Road, Lombard, is accused of driving on a suspended license, failure to yield, and was arrested at 7:07 p.m. Feb. 6, at E. Dundee Road and Vernon Lane. He was released and assigned a court date of March 14.
  • Christian P. Moshi, 39, of the 800 block of Inverrary Lane, Deerfield, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 7:44 p.m. Feb. 6, at E. Deerfield Parkway and E. Fabish Drive. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 21.

Police responded to Twin Rinks Pavilion, 1500 Abbott Court, at 2:12 p.m. Feb. 10, for a theft report. The complainant said his locker had been broken into and $60 and one credit card were stolen.
