Man With Gun Asks Driver To Exit Car: Buffalo Grove Police Blotter
A complainant told police that the incident occurred near Ace Hardware on Buffalo Grove Road.

BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The following information comes from the Buffalo Grove Police Department (except when noted) and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced.
Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless found guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.

- Natasha Deshavon Accomando, 33, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of driving with a revoked license, unlawful possession of cannabis in passenger area of motor vehicle, using an electronic communication device while driving, and was arrested at 7:24 p.m. Dec. 30, in the 700 block of W. Lake Cook Road. She was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 19.
- Maribel E. Gonzalez, 31, of the 4300 block of Finch Court, Gurnee, is accused of driving on a revoked license, no valid registration and sticker, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 3:39 p.m. Jan. 15, in the 50 block of Raupp Boulevard. Police learned during the traffic stop that Gonzalez had an active warrant out of Douglas County bond forfeiture.

A resident in the 100 block of Willow Parkway reported at 1:18 p.m. Jan. 14, someone had egged their vehicle earlier in the month, but they did not report the incident. They said someone wrote "Bal'a" in the snow on his driveway.
CRIMINAL DEFACEMENT OF PROPERTY
A resident in the 1000 block of Greenridge Road called police at 1:35 a.m. Jan. 13, to report milk had been poured over the roof and windshield of their car, eggs and barbecue sauce had been thrown on another car, and eggs had been thrown on a garage door and on the siding of the garage.
INCIDENT INVOLVING GUN
Police responded to the area of Dundee and Buffalo Grove roads at 11:07 a.m. Jan. 10, for a report of an incident involving a gun. Police met with a witness, who said that while they were in their car on Buffalo Grove Road near Ace Hardware, another vehicle pulled up next to them. The witness said someone in that vehicle displayed a gun and ordered the witness out of their car. The witness did not exit their vehicle, and the subject with the gun drove off immediately toward Dundee Road before police arrived.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
Police responded to the 900 block of Lucinda Drive on Jan. 16 for a report of a residential burglary. The homeowner told police that someone had entered their home between Jan. 9 and Jan. 16, and stole various items.
