Man Starts Yelling, Disrupts Neighborhood: Buffalo Grove Police Blotter

BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The following information comes from the Buffalo Grove Police Department (except when noted) and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced.

Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless found guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.

ARRESTS

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE

  • Terrance T. Jackson, 29, of the 14000 block of Michigan Avenue, Dolton, is accused of driving on a suspended license, driving with expired plates, and was arrested at 8:19 p.m. May 22, in the 1400 block of Lake Cook Road. A court date of June 20 was assigned.
  • Jezel M. Siracki, 28, of the 100 block of Inverrary Lane, Deerfield, is accused of driving on a suspended license, driving too fast for conditions, and was arrested at 7:30 p.m. May 24, in the 4200 block of S. Arlington Heights Road.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Kevin S. Martinez, 20, of the 900 block of Pebble Drive, Wheeling, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, improper lane usage, and was arrested at 1:06 a.m. May 23, in the 1100 block of Weiland Road. A court date of June 18 was assigned.
  • Valentin Ianovitchi, 37, of the 1100 block of Buckingham Court, Wheeling, is accused of DUI, disobeying a traffic control device, improper window tinting, and was arrested at 2:57 a.m. May 26, at Lexington and Le Parc Circle. A court date of June 18 was assigned.

INCIDENTS

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Neighbors in the 1300 block of Rose Boulevard called police at 8:52 a.m. May 22, to report a person was yelling and disrupting the neighborhood. Police met with the male and cited him for disorderly conduct.
