Multiple Lockers Broken Into At Fitness Center: Buffalo Grove Police Blotter
In one case, someone stole car keys to enter the victim's car and remove four credit cards from his wallet.

BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The following information comes from the Buffalo Grove Police Department (except when noted) and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced.
Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless found guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE

- Keith B. Jordan, 67, of the 2000 block of Oxford Street, Rockford, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 4:52 p.m. July 17, at Arlington Heights and Beechwood roads. A court date of Aug. 15 was assigned.
- Shatoya T. Bills, 45, of the 3200 block of W. Douglas Boulevard, Chicago is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 4:48 p.m. July 19, at Devlin and Route 83. A court date of Aug. 15 was assigned.
- Cameron Spencer Cole Hillinger, 29, of the 1700 block of Tahoe Circle Drive, Wheeling, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle when registration is suspended, and was arrested at 4:23 p.m. July 20, at Buffalo Grove and Dundee roads. A court date of Aug. 15 was assigned.

BURGLARY

- At around 1:45 a.m. July 16, the front window of BG Liquor, 223 W. Dundee Road, was smashed and currency was stolen from the cash register, as well as liquor. Police said at the time of the report it was unknown how much money was stolen and that an investigation is ongoing.
- It was reported at 1:45 a.m. July 16, the front glass door at IDEAL Deli, 249 W. Dundee Road, was smashed and money was stolen from the cash register. The approximate loss was $1,000.
RETAIL THEFT
A male is accused of stealing $338.41 of groceries at 3:52 p.m. July 18, at Woodman's 1550 E. Deerfield Parkway. The person was identified, asked to pay restitution, given an adjudication citation, as well as a trespass warning.
BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE
- A resident in the 70 block of E. Fox Hill Drive reported at 1 a.m. July 19, someone had entered three vehicles parked in the driveway. Two bags were stolen from two of the vehicles.
- A resident in the 1500 block of Quaker Hollow Court South called police at 1:15 p.m. July 19, to report someone had entered a vehicle and stole miscellaneous coins or currency.
- A resident in the 500 block of St. Mary's Parkway reported at midnight July 19, someone had entered their vehicle and stole a backpack and a laptop. Police said the backpack was later discovered at the corner of Raupp Boulevard and St. Mary's Parkway. It was returned to the owner.
- A resident in the 1300 block of Madison Drive called police at 3:50 a.m. July 19, to report someone had entered a vehicle and stole $6 in currency.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
A male was issued two disorderly conduct citations for disturbing the peace at 6:08 p.m. July 18, in the 1300 block of Rose Boulevard.
THEFT
A customer at Sky Fitness, 1501 E. Busch Parkway, reported at 7 a.m. July 21, their locker had been burglarized and multiple credit cards and cash had been taken. Later that morning, a second customer at the gym reported their locker has been burglarized, with someone using their car keys to enter his car and remove four credit cards from his wallet.
