New Apartments Have Rooftop Dog Park, Unique Architecture
444 Social has welcomed its first tenants as construction continues on the 302-unit development in Lincolnshire.

LINCOLNSHIRE, IL – The first-ever apartment complex to be built in the village of Lincolnshire has a unique architectural feel to it and plenty of amenities that include a fenced in rooftop dog park, stadium style benches near the main lobby that face a giant video wall and an indoor golf simulator. 444 Social, a 302-unit development that consists of two seperate buildings, is located at the southwest corner of Milwaukee Avenue and Aptakisic Road. The first tenants moved into the complex in November, with ten units rented out so far, 444 Social developer Scott Greenberg told the Daily Herald.
Construction is continuing on the main building and the second building of the development, Greenberg said. The apartment complex is the first to be built in Lincolnshire while other apartments in town were annexed into the village after being built.
444 Social is located in Lincolnshire’s Citypark and is being built on property formerly occupied by Regal Cinemas. The complex has studio through 3-bedroom apartments available with rent ranging from $1,300 to $3,899 per month. The apartments have floor to ceiling windows and private balconies and terraces in every unit.
