Perennial Shoplifter Nabbed On Camera At Woodman's: Buffalo Grove Police Blotter
The person was identified, issued an adjudication ticket for retail theft, and trespassed from the store.
BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The following information comes from the Buffalo Grove Police Department (except when noted) and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced.

DRIVING ON A REVOKED/SUSPENDED LICENSE

- Mohimani Hooman, 29, of the 300 block of E. Dundee Road, Buffalo Grove, is accused of driving on a revoked license, revoked registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 4:07 p.m. April 1, at Buffalo Grove and Dundee roads. A court date of April 27 was assigned.
- Jesus Munoz Franco, 22, of the 26000 block of N. Hickory Avenue, Mundelein, is accused of driving on a suspended license, improper lane usage, damage to property, failure to notify about damage, and was arrested at 10:20 a.m. April 7, at E. Busch Parkway and E. Deerfield Parkway. A court date of May 8 was assigned.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Ramasubbu Selvakumar, 28, of the 1100 block of Larraway Drive, Buffalo Grove, is accused of driving under the influence, improper lane usage, and was arrested at 10:25 p.m. April 2, in the 50 block of W. Lake Cook Road. A court date of April 22 was assigned.

ASSAULT
Eduardo Sibrain Lara, 18, of the 800 block of Trace Drive, Buffalo Grove, is accused of aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery/bodily harm, domestic battery/physical contact, assault, and was arrested at 8:13 p.m. April 6, in the 1400 block of W. Dundee Road. A court date of April 1 was assigned.
INCIDENTS
RETAIL THEFT
Staff at Woodman's, 1550 E. Deerfield Parkway, reported at 1:57 p.m. April 2, a male had stolen various items during different dates from the grocery store. The male, who was back at the store on April 2, was seen on camera placing items in a bag and leaving the last point of sale. He was identified, issued an adjudication ticket for retail theft, and trespassed from the store.
BURGLARY
It was reported at 5 p.m. April 6, that someone had broke open a side window and ransacked a business in the 1500 block of W. Dundee Road. At the time of this report, it was unknown if anything had been stolen.
