Plans Move Forward for New Potbelly’s Near Proposed Woodman’s Site

A new Potbelly’s could be coming to Buffalo Grove after village board members last week approved a new 10,000-square-foot shopping center, which would feature the sandwich shop, and would be located south of a proposed Woodman’s grocery store, the Buffalo Grove Countryside reports.

The 242,000-square-foot Woodman’s Food Market is slated to be built near the intersection of Deerfield Parkway and Milwaukee Avenue.
The smaller shopping center will be built at the location of a former McDonald’s and PJ’s restaurant, the newspaper reports. Developers hope to have the new Potbelly's open by mid-October.
