BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The following information comes from the Buffalo Grove Police Department (except when noted) and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced.
Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless found guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED

- Kou J. Glaser, 25, of the 400 block of Mallard Drive, Deerfield, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured vehicle, and was arrested at 6:01 p.m. April 20, at W. Lake Cook and Weidner roads. A court date of May 20 was assigned.
- James J. Fasken, 54, of the 7000 block of W. Carmen, Harwood Heights, is accused of driving on a revoked license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 11:01 a.m. April 22, in the 1300 block of Lake Cook Road, Wheeling. He was released on a bond and was assigned a court date of May 20.
- Vanesa Avina, 29, of the 1200 block of Ridge Avenue, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving on a suspended license, having a warrant out of Cook County for failure to appear, and was arrested at 11:27 a.m. April 23, in the 200 block of W. Lake Cook Road. They were released on bond and assigned a court date of May 20.
- Scott Thomas Clark, 58, of the 1100 block of Waukegan Road, Northbrook, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 7:20 p.m. April 23, in the 1100 block of Brandywyn Lane. They were released on bond and were assigned a court date of May 13.
- Evaristo Martinez, 44, of the 2200 block of Nichols Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving on a revoked license, and was arrested at 1:09 p.m. April 24, in the 200 block of N. McHenry Road. They were released on bond and were assigned a court date of May 20.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Brian Frederick Hansen, 50, of the 0-10 block of Chenault Court, Buffalo Grove, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed, and was arrested at 8:30 p.m. April 21, following a property damage crash at W. Dundee and S. Arlington Heights roads. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond and was assigned a court date of May 31.

WARRANT
Luis Najera Camacho, 35, of the 200 block of W. Wayne Place, Wheeling, had a warrant out of DeKalb County for failure to appear, and was arrested at 2:47 p.m. April 24, at McHenry Road and The Grove Shopping Center. They were released on bond and were assigned a court date of May 24.
- A resident in the 1100 block of Johnson Drive reported at 9:18 a.m. April 21, that their car was broken into between April 20 and April 21. Personal items were stolen from the victim's vehicle.
- Police responded to the 1200 block of Johnson Drive at 12:48 p.m. April 21, for a report of a resident's car being broken into during the overnight hours. Personal items were stolen from the victim's vehicle.
- A resident in the 1100 block of Johnson Drive called police April 21 to report that during the overnight hours, someone broke into their car. Personal items were stolen from the victim's vehicle.
RETAIL THEFT
A 44-year-old man is accused of retail theft at 2:22 p.m. April 22, at Woodman's Grocery, 1500 block of E. Deerfield Parkway, and was issued an adjudication citation along with a trespass warning.
