Resident Returns To Burglarized Home: Buffalo Grove Police Blotter
The Aspen Drive resident told police that everything in their home had been ransacked during their absence.

BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The following information comes from the Buffalo Grove Police Department (except when noted) and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced.
Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless found guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

Oksoon Lee, 48, of the 30 block of Buckingham Lane, Buffalo Grove, is accused of driving on a revoked license, failure to reduce speed, and was arrested at 8:30 a.m. Feb. 20, at Weiland Road and Deerfield Parkway. Police were responding to a property damage crash between two cars involving Lee. She was released and given a court date of March 8.

INCIDENTS
THEFT FROM BUILDING
A resident in the 0-10 block of Villa Verde Drive reported on Feb. 14 a package had been stolen four days earlier.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
A resident in the 600 block of Aspen Drive reported at 9:51 p.m. Feb. 18, their house had been burglarized. They had left the home at 2 p.m. that day and returned to find everything inside had been ransacked.
THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS
A resident of an apartment building in the 700 block of Grove Drive reported at 4 p.m. Feb. 19, a catalytic converter theft. The resident said they had attempted to start the vehicle and noticed it sounded louder than usual. After further inspection, he saw a circular cut on his catalytic converter and believed the catalytic elements had been removed.
