BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The following information comes from the Buffalo Grove Police Department (except when noted) and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced.

Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless found guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.

  • Quan Lin, 43, of the 2000 block of Tree Farm Court, Buffalo Grove, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 1:10 a.m. Aug. 22, at N. Buffalo Grove Road and W. Deerfield Parkway. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 11.
  • Lucia Hales, 55, of the 4500 block of Forest View Drive, Northbrook, is accused of DUI alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, driving 21-25 mph over the speed limit, having a license expired more than year, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 8:20 p.m. Aug. 24, in the 200 block of Portwine Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 18.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

  • Jose De J. Villegas Montelongo, 40, of the 1100 block of N. Boxwood Drive, Mount Prospect, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash, and was arrested at 7:05 p.m. Aug. 22, at. N. Arlington Heights Road and Checker Drive. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 23.
  • Issac Jung, 49, of the 100 block of W. Beech Drive, Schaumburg, is accused of operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, tinted windows, and was arrested at 3:42 p.m. Aug. 24, in the 1000 block of Lake Cook Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 13.

FAILURE TO REGISTER AS A SEX OFFENDER

Exeviar G. Izurieta, 25, of the 1500 block of E. Busch Highway, Buffalo Grove, is accused of failing to register as a sex offender, and was arrested at 12:10 p.m. Aug. 26, in the 40 block of Raupp Boulevard. Izurieta is required to register with the agency weekly. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 11.
