Domestic Relations Judge Philip Bronstein and Matrimonial Attorneys William Bass and Arthur Kallow Featured at Leving Family Law Think Tank

The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd. (http://dadsrights.com) held their monthly Continuing Legal Education Think Tank at the Chicago Bar Association featuring presentations from Domestic Relations Judge Philip Bronstein (Ret.) and leading matrimonial attorneys Arthur Kallow and William Bass on Wednesday April 18. The monthly continuing legal education seminar focused on the often high-conflict and emotionally-charged practice area of family law.

Judge Bronstein addressed favorable strategies in the use of mediation as an alternative to traditional litigation to settle disputes in family law matters in his lecture “Mediation 101: Five Keys to Successful Mediation in Family Law.”

Attorney Kallow advised on successful litigation strategies to minimize complex financial issues in regards to child support and maintenance in his lecture “Effective Litigation Strategies and Techniques to Minimize Child Support and Maintenance Exposure.”

Attorney Bass presented on recent legislative and judicial developments concerning child support matters, specifically in the area of child support law in his lecture “Contemplated Changes in Illinois Child Support Law.”

The next monthly Leving Family Law Seminar will be held at the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd. at 19 S LaSalle Street, Chicago, IL on Wednesday May 16 at 6:30PM. Attendance to this event is extremely limited and by reservation only.
