Help Police Find Suspects of Burr Ridge Handgun Theft

BURR RIDGE, IL — The DuPage County Sheriff’s Office is enlisting the public’s help in finding two men who are accused of stealing a handgun from a gun store located at the 7500 block of South Madison in Burr Ridge on March 28. The individuals pictured above entered Almost Whole Sale guns, police said. While inside, one suspect removed and concealed a black Century/Canik 9 MM handgun in the waistband of his pants. They left the store without paying for the handgun.

Police said the suspect who reportedly stole the handgun is pictured above wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt. The other man wore a black knit cap and a black jacket. The suspects fled the scene in a black Chevrolet Tahoe LT, but the registration number is unknown.
