Burr Ridge Police Looking for Man Suspected in Residential Burglary

Burr Ridge Police are looking for a man suspected in an Oct. 17 burglary.

Police were called to a home around around 1 p.m. at 81st Court and Drew Avenue, where they found two men, according to a news release. After a foot chase, officers caught one of the men at County Line Road and Deer Path Trail.

The other man was last seen around 83rd Street and Deer Path Trail. He is described as having dark hair and wearing dark pants and a grey hooded sweatshirt with black markings, according to the release.

Pleasantdale School, Gower Middle School and Burr Ridge Middle School were on ”soft lock down,” which ended around 2:30 p.m. Friday.
