Burr Ridge Police Officers Honored and Promoted

Three Burr Ridge Police Officers were honored and two of them were promoted at this week’s Board Meeting.

Officer Angie Wilhelmi was honored by the Illinois D.A.R.E. Association for her 24 years of Outstanding Service as the D.A.R.E. Officer for Burr Ridge.

Angie is a 25 year veteran of the Burr Ridge Police Department, and also serves as its Community Policing Officer. Officer Michele Glosky, a 12 year department veteran was promoted to the rank of Corporal, and Corporal Michael Barnes, a 20 year department veteran was promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
