Cruisin' 66 Car Show & Fest

Cruisin’ 66 Car Show & Fest brings family fun to the community

A variety of family activities, entertainment and a great car show await area residents at the annual Cruisin’ 66 Car Show and Fest from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, at Harvester Park, located at 15W400 Harvester Drive, Burr Ridge. The free admission event is sponsored by the Willowbrook/Burr Ridge Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Burr Ridge Park District. Sponsors include MB Financial Bank, Turtle Wax, Inc., Community Bank of Willowbrook and Edward Jones Investment Co.

Highlights of the day include tractor-pulled hay wagon rides, a moon walk, complimentary popcorn, face painting, Local business booths promoting a variety of goods & services, and live music compliments of School of Rock. 

Car Attendees will be competing for 28 trophies in various classes as voted on by the Midwest Gear Grinder Car Club. In addition, Turtle Wax will be sponsoring three “People’s Choice” Awards as voted on by attendees. Complimentary Turtle Wax product bags will be given to the first 150 registered vehicles. All local antique and specialty car owners from the area are welcome to be part of this expanded show.

Food vendors will offer dining and refreshment options to visitors throughout the day. Vendors include TCBY Frozen Yogurt, Zazzo’s Pizzeria, Tidal Crave and LaCabanita Mexican Restaurant.
