Dead Animals Found In Burr Ridge

BURR RIDGE, IL - Burr Ridge police were called to investigate a "suspicious circumstance" involving multiple dead animals having been found in one spot at the same time.

A man walking his dog in the 9400 block of Garfield Avenue at 4:05 p.m. on Nov. 22 called police and said he found two dead possums, one dead raccoon and one dead squirrel.

Police said in a report that they called the Burr Ridge Public Works Department to see if that is the location where roadkill is placed, and found that there was "no obvious signs of criminal activity."
