Dist. 107 Accepting Applications To Fill Board Vacancy

The Pleasantdale District 107 Board of Education is accepting applications from candidates to fill the remainder of Mr. Doug Gilman’s term until the school board election in April 2015.

Residents of District 107 who are 18 years old or older and are interested in the appointment should submit a letter of intent and the candidate form which is available on the district’s website. Residents can also contact the district office 708-784-2013, 7450 S. Wolf Road, Burr Ridge Illinois.

Applications are due by 4 p.m. on August 25. Candidate interviews are tentatively scheduled for the evening of August 27. The board expects to appoint a replacement by September 19, 2014.
