DUI For Woman Accused Of Driving Car Into Traffic Pole

BURR RIDGE, IL - A woman who police say drove her vehicle into a pole and then immediately fled the scene was arrested for a DUI Tuesday in Burr Ridge.

Police said in a report that Diane M. Sosovec, 67 was charged with DUI-alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident at 6:06 p.m. near the corner of 79th Street and County Line Road. She is accused of driving her Lexus car into a traffic pole at that location and then driving away.

The police officer who made the arrest said he saw the accident occur.
