Holding Ourselves Responsible: The Double-Edge Sword

As few cases of cancer have a known, clear-cut cause, many people diagnosed may question, “Did I somehow bring about cancer through past behaviors and lifestyle patterns?” We often hold ourselves responsible for ill health, even subconsciously. This program will provide a fresh look at the common experiences of blaming ourselves, feeling like a burden to others, and ways of releasing guilt to empower ourselves while unleashing positive effects on the immune system through self-forgiveness.
