11:30am Self Chakra Connection: Learn the basics of what a chakra is, were major chakras are located, and how to do a self chakra connection on yourself.
1:00pm Qi Gong Meditation: Learn the basics of what qi gong is, why it's an essential daily practice, and how to do a qi gong meditation.
