
Loyola University Health System’s Division of Sports Medicine will be holding a four-day injury prevention and performance camp for female athletes.
Designed specifically for girls ages 12-14 and 15-18, the camp will help female athletes reduce injuries and improve biomechanical performance. Led by licensed physical therapists, the program uses practical and individualized education and recommendations concerning training, strength, agility and injury risk.
A T-shirt will be provided. Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing and gym shoes.
