Guilty Plea Entered In Fatal I-55 DUI
Fawzi Ottman pleaded guilty on charged related to the death of a motorcyclist on I-55 near Burr Ridge in 2015.

BURR RIDGE, IL - A Chicago man pleaded guilty this week to drunk driving charges in connection with the fatal crash that took the life of a motorcyclist on Interstate 55 near Burr Ridge in 2015. Fawzi Ottman, 45, plead guilty to aggravated DUI involving a death and could spend anywhere from three to 14 years behind bars for the death of Daniel Dacanay, according to a Chicago Tribune report.
Ottman was charged after Dacanay died on April 17, 2015 on the interstate south of County Line Road. Witnesses told police at the time he was seen driving a Chevrolet Impala erratically before crashing into Dacanay's motorcycle.
