Holiday Style 2014

Vintage waves, cascading waves, all are simple and easy to create and you can DIY. You will literally see a sea of these waves at just about every holiday event you attend. To create this look you need the right tools. Style wands, which are a little different from the old curling iron, are very easy to use to get this sexy, romantic look. How are they different? They are longer, which allows you to take a section of your hair and wrap it around the wand. And wow - you look like you just left the salon!

How about a bun? Not to be confused with a chignon, buns on top of the head, a bit messy, a little unconstructed. You can even wrap your favorite ribbon around the bun, keep the bun on the larger side. And for the teens or the more daring, micro mini lights that are lightweight can be wrapped around the top of the bun. It’s super festive and sure to be the talk of the party!  And, of course, both Salon Hype locations can take care of all your holiday wishes!
