Man Who Raped And Stabbed Willowbrook Woman Pleads Guilty
Londale Madison, 33, of Indiana, pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting and stabbing a Willowbrook woman in her home in 2015.

WILLOWBROOK, IL — An Indiana man has pleaded guilty to stabbing and sexually assaulting a Willowbrook woman after forcing his way into her home. Londale Madison, 33, pleaded guilty to aggravated criminal sexual assault, attempted murder, home invasion and armed robbery Thursday. In exchange for Madison's guilty pleas, prosecutors have dropped other charges, according to Chicago Tribune.
On Aug. 29, 2015, Madison, formerly of South Bend, Indiana, followed a Willowbrook woman to her home and asked for money, according to police. After she refused, Madison then forced himself into the woman's home. Once inside, he sexually assaulted the woman and stabbed her 17 times, police said. She fought off Madison and emerged with several broken bones in her face and stab wounds that had barely missed her vital organs.

After the sexual assault in Willowbrook, Madison was later tracked down in Indiana, where authorities took him into custody and extradited him to DuPage County Jail. According to Chicago Tribune, Madison faces a maximum prison sentence of 100 years. His next court date is Aug. 3.
