MEET THE MASTERS ART PROGRAM
Would you like your child to gain familiarity with a few master artists?
This 12 week program will do just that. In this after school art program, your child will learn about and replicate art from Andy Warhol, Vincent Van Gogh, Norman Rockwell, Pablo Picasso, Henri Matisse, Toulouse-Lautrec and more.
Your child will also learn amazing art related vocabulary such as; balance, composition, contrast, detail, realistic, studio, symmetry, texture, value and more.
The 12 week program is for 1st through 4th graders. Classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday at 4-6 pm for 1st and 2nd graders and Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4-6 pm for 3rd and fourth graders.
The classes will focus on;
1. Introducing the Masters
2. Learning from the Masters
3. Working with the masters
The program is broken up into age appropriate levels.
Each child will leave with a collection of art work, a Certificate of Completion for the Master Artists Program and will participate in an artist reception for friends and family displaying their work.
