Raffle tickets are for sale to win $10,000 and support the O'Brien School for the Maasai, an English Medium School in Tanzania. The school was founded by Hinsdale resident Kellie O'Brien in 2006 and has been generously supported by the community. A true, local, grass-roots charity with donations of school supplies, shoes, desks, chairs, books, clothes & food from our local schools, Girl Scouts Youth Service Projects, businesses and of course monetary donations from local residents.
Tickets are $50 and only 1000 will be sold. Drawing is October 1st, 2013. For tickets call Kellie @630-842-4088. Local resident Becca Sliwoski if there now as Director.
