These classes are for Kids age 4-12years old, who want to learn about healing energy. Explore energy through movement, meditation, yoga, music, art, and journaling. Through basic Reiki techniques and Yoga, each child will learn about their chakras and energy. They will learn how movement, songs, and healing touch help their body, mind, and spirit feel good.
