Teen Girl Shot By Boy With BB Gun On Halloween In Burr Ridge

BURR RIDGE, IL - A teenage girl was shot with a BB gun and had her bag of candy stolen by a teenage boy on Halloween, according to a Burr Ridge police report.

Police responded to the area of Fallingwater Drive and 91st Street at 7:45 p.m. on Oct. 31, when the girl's parent told police about the aggravated battery incident. The girl, 14, was shot in the left thigh by a someone she knew as a boy who attends Hinsdale South High School.

The girl declined medical attention.

No one was immediately arrested in connection with the incident.
